- The ordering of goods was done manually – entries were created in Accounting software and Invoices generated.
- Order-History was not maintained so data reconciliation and reporting took a lot of time.

- Sailfin developed a Web portal exclusive for client’s admin users and a B2B Mobile app for dealers and distributors pan-India.
- Using Mobile App distributors and retailers can order products, search for a specific product or browse through the latest product catalogue.
- Using the web-admin portal, company users can manage/Approve/reject orders, see order history and generate reports.
- Based on orders, automatic data spreadsheet was generated for entries into accounting software.
